　　纽约商品交易所4月交割的西得州中质原油（WTI）期价收跌1.95美元，跌幅为2.86%，收于每桶66.31美元。

　　周三盘中，WTI原油一度下跌至每桶65.22美元，创2023年5月以来的最低水平。

　　美国商务部部长霍华德·卢特尼克周二晚间表示，特朗普将就是否向某些行业提供任何救济做出最终决定。此消息公布后，油价略有回升。

　　一位熟悉讨论的消息人士表示，虽然卢特尼克称对加拿大和墨西哥征收的25%关税将继续存在，但特朗普正在考虑取消对加拿大能源进口（如原油和汽油）征收的10%关税，前提是这些能源符合美墨加贸易协定下的原产地规则。
