Odaily星球日报讯 在美国证券交易委员会成立新的加密货币工作组后，Coinbase 正在重启在美国将其 COIN 股票和其他证券代币化的计划。该计划此前于 2020 年进行了首次尝试，但由于监管障碍而放弃，随着 SEC 新成立了加密货币工作组，该公司看到了将区块链融入传统金融的新机会。 Coinbase CFO Alesia Haas 在摩根士丹利 TMT 会议期间表示，Coinbase 可能会将一些国际市场上广泛采用的加密产品引入美国市场，并期待看到更多资产上链，以更高效的方式进行交易，证券型代币的运作方式与传统证券类似，但是在链上进行交易可以为投资者提供投票权和利润分享机制，同时提高交易效率。
