Orion Office REIT Q4 Core FFO, Revenue Fall; Changes Name to Orion Properties

Orion Office REIT (ONL) reported Q4 core funds from operations late Wednesday of $0.18 per diluted share, down from $0.33 a year earlier.

Analysts' estimates weren't available.

Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 was $38.4 million, down from $43.8 million a year earlier.

One analyst surveyed by FactSet expected $37.5 million.

The company said it expects a full-year 2025 core FFO of $0.61 to $0.70 per share. One analyst polled by FactSet expects $0.63.

The company said its board on Tuesday set a quarterly dividend of $0.02 per share, payable April 15 to shareholders of record on March 31.

Meanwhile, the company said it was changing its corporate name to Orion Properties. The company's ticker symbol will remain "ONL."

Shares of the company fell 2.6% in recent after-hours activity.
