智通财经APP获悉，工程机械股早盘爆发，截至发稿，中联重科(01157)涨8.03%，报6.46港元；中国重汽(03808)涨2.96%，报22.6港元；中国龙工(03339)涨1.72%，报1.77港元；三一国际(00631)涨1.68%，报4.84港元。
消息面上，2025年政府工作报告明确，拟安排地方政府专项债券4.4万亿元、比上年增加5000亿元，重点用于投资建设、土地收储和收购存量商品房、消化地方政府拖欠企业账款等。此外，据今日工程机械数据，2025年2月份中国工程机械市场指数为106.68，同比增长13.53%，环比增长5.44%。2月份CMI指数同比增速提高10.26个百分点，环比增速提高8.77个百分点。
东吴证券指出，工程机械板块存在明显的春季躁动，一般会在3-4月出现明显上涨行情。复盘2021-2025年工程机械板块走势，板块一般在3-4月会出现为期两周左右的超额涨幅。2025年在国内挖机销量复苏背景下，有望迎来明显的春季躁动行情。春季躁动的来源主要系政策导向下，工程机械迎来开工+销售旺季。受预算释放、春节后复工、气候适宜、两会后政策支持、市场促销等多方面因素影响，一季度一般为工程机械开工+销售旺季。
