路透上海3月5日 - 香港股市周三早盘劲扬，恒生指数.HSI高开高走，涨幅迅速扩至2.4%。
恒生科技指数.HSTECH涨幅在3%左右。
中国全国人大会议周三开幕。据路透看到的中国一份官方报告，2025年全国财政预算赤字规模为5.66万亿元人民币，去年的预算赤字规模为4.06万亿；今年赤字率拟按4%左右安排（占国内生产总值GDP的比例），去年预算赤字率为3%。财政部称今年财政政策要“持续用力、更加给力”。（完）
