据知情人士透露，以国家安全问题为由，Alphabet Inc．的子公司谷歌正在敦促美国司法部的官员放弃分拆该搜索引擎公司。

　　上述因事未公开而不愿具名的人士称，在美国寻求终结一位法官所裁定的非法网络搜索垄断之际，谷歌代表在上周的一次会议上要求特朗普政府软化立场。

　　拜登政府去年11月呼吁谷歌出售其Chrome网络浏览器，并对业务进行其他调整，包括停止向包括苹果在内的公司支付数十亿美元的独家权费用。  

　　听证会将于下月举行，联邦法官随后将裁决谷歌必须作出哪些改变。双方周五要向法官提交最终方案。

　　“我们定期与监管机构，包括司法部会面讨论此案，”谷歌发言人Peter Schottenfels在声明中说。“正如我们公开说过的那样，我们担心目前的提案会损害美国经济和国家安全。”
