智通财经APP讯，百度集团-SW(09888)发布公告，拟根据《1933年美国证券法》(经修订)(《证券法》)项下的S规例，于美国境外以离岸交易方式向非美国人士发行以人民币计值的优先无担保票据(该等票据)，受市场条件及其他因素所规限(票据发行)。该等票据的本金额、利率、到期日及其他条款将在票据发行定价时确定。
公司拟将票据发行所得款项净额用作一般公司用途，包括偿还若干现有债务、支付利息及一般公司用途。
