　　中广核电力（01816）发布公告，公司于2025年2月28日完成了2025年度第一期中期票据的发行。

　　第一期中票发行总额为人民币24亿元，期限为3年，票面金额为人民币100元，发行利率为1.97%，起息日期为2025年3月3日，兑付日期为2028年3月3日。第一期中票由中国工商银行股份有限公司作为簿记管理人并组织承销团，通过簿记建档及集中配售的方式在中国境内银行间债券市场公开发行。

　　第一期中票募集资金用于偿还公司即将到期的超短期融资券和附属公司偿还借款。
