T-Mobile (NASDAQ:TMUS) has completed the acquisitions of Vistar Media and Blis, strengthening its advertising business with new data-driven and privacy-centric solutions.

Vistar Media specializes in digital out-of-home advertising, while Blis focuses on privacy-first ad solutions. T-Mobile paid $175 million in cash for Blis, finalizing the deal on March 3, while the financial terms of the Vistar Media acquisition remain undisclosed, though the deal closed on February 3.

These acquisitions are expected to generate $250 million in revenue, $75 million in EBITDA, and $50 million in free cash flow in 2025, adding to T-Mobile's financial guidance.

This marks a significant step forward in building transformative advertising solutions that deliver targeted, measurable outcomes, said JP Colaco, SVP and advertising chief.

T-Mobile stock has been on a strong run, gaining over 32% in the past six months and nearly 8% in the last month.
