Senator Ted Cruz 表示“昨晚的投票是美国创新的胜利。拜登政府试图削弱美国公民的隐私权，并对数字货币施加繁琐的监管。昨日，参议院以压倒性的两党多数票支持我的立法，推翻这一有害规定。我敦促众议院尽快通过该法案。”
