Medibank Private (ASX:MPL) confirmed Wednesday that it has acquired full ownership of healthcare technology firm Medinet.
In an emailed statement to MT Newswires, a Medibank spokesperson said that it acquired Medinet in a transaction completed on Feb. 28.
The confirmation comes after The Australian reported the deal on Tuesday.
