微软对OpenAI Inc．的130亿美元投资获得英国反垄断监管机构放行，结束了数月来围绕双方合作的不确定性。

　　英国竞争与市场管理局（CMA）表示，2023年的交易不符合合并规则下的全面调查条件。该机构曾在2023年表示，计划评估这种合作关系是否会让两家公司对彼此的控制和影响力增强。

　　CMA经过约14个月审查后的决定消除了微软在英国面临的一项监管不确定性，而该公司仍在接受针对其云服务的调查。几周前，美国联邦贸易委员会对这笔交易提出担忧，称可能会将微软在云计算领域的主导地位延伸到新生的人工智能市场。

　　“CMA发现，虽然微软在2019年确实获得了对OpenAI的实质性影响，但微软的控制权没有发生变化，”CMA在声明中说。
