复星旅文私有化建议通过 公司战略转型迈入新阶段
本报讯 （记者陈潇）3月4日，复星旅游文化集团（以下简称“复星旅文”）发布公告，宣布一系列重要决策。
公告显示，复星旅文建议撤销公司在香港交易所的上市地位。在法院会议上，有99.44%投票权赞成批准该计划，而在股东特别大会上，有99.45%股份赞成特别决议案。
复星旅文相关负责人对《证券日报》记者表示，公司衷心感谢股东对公司长期以来的信任与支持。此次私有化的顺利通过标志着复星旅文战略转型迈入新的阶段。私有化之后，公司将加速向轻资产模式转型，以更敏捷的姿态把握文旅产业升级与技术革新带来的机遇，巩固行业领先地位，继续为全球客户提供卓越且独具特色的度假体验。
公告显示，以该建议成为无条件建议及该计划生效为前提，撤销股份于联交所的上市地位预计自2025年3月19日（星期三）下午四时生效。
