两年换了3位CEO后，星巴克CFO换人，请来了沃尔玛国际前CFO
红星资本局3月5日消息，3月4日，星巴克（SBUX.US）公告更换CFO，任命凯茜·史密斯（Cathy Smith）为新CFO。同时，其现任CFO瑞秋·鲁杰里（Rachel Ruggeri）将不再担任公司执行副总裁和CFO。
此前，有传闻称瑞秋作为CFO，将来华进行星巴克中国股权出售的谈判。当时星巴克总部发言人拒绝对这一传言进行证实。如今，随着新CFO的任命，相关传言似乎不攻自破。
公告显示，今年61岁的凯茜，此前曾在美国连锁百货Nordstrom、美国折扣店零售企业Target、沃尔玛国际等公司担任CFO。从工作经历来看，凯茜拥有超过30年的零售业财务管理经验。
星巴克近年来多次调整管理层，两年换了三位CEO。2024年8月，布莱恩·尼科尔（Brian Niccol）被任命为董事长兼CEO。尼科尔上任后，宣布裁员1100人，称要简化结构，消除层级和重复，创建更小、更灵活的团队。
