智通财经APP获悉，五矿资源(01208)绩后涨近3%，截至发稿，涨2.55%，报2.41港元，成交额1.14亿港元。
消息面上，3月4日，五矿资源发布截至2024年12月31日止年度业绩，收入44.79亿美元，同比增加3%；年内所得税前利润6.21亿美元，同比增加228%；期内所得税后利润3.66亿美元，同比增加200%；每股基本盈利1.53美仙。
公告称，MMG2024年财务业绩显示，所有矿山的业绩均有所改善。除税后净利润增长至3.66亿美元(包括权益持有人应占利润1.62亿美元)，较2023年的1.22亿美元(包括权益持有人应占利润900万美元)实现显著增长。
截至2024年底，MMG的杠杆率为41%，创历史新低，自收购Las Bambas以来实现大幅改善，并较2024年三月收购Khoemacau时显著降低。这一成果主要得益于以下几项举措：2024年七月发行了11.52亿美元供股(扣除交易成本)、五月为Khoemacau组建了战略合营公司，以及Las Bambas强劲的盈利和现金流持续减少了项目贷款的使用。这些举措强化了MMG的资产负债表，为公司未来的显著增长奠定了基础。
