FX168财经报社(北美)讯 据知情人士透露，中国科技巨头百度公司发行了100亿元人民币（14亿美元）离岸债券，这是其2021年以来首次发债。
该人士补充说，75亿元人民币5年期和25亿元人民币10年期品种的票面利率将分别在2.7%和3%，低于初步价格指引。这一借贷成本也比同行阿里巴巴11月份发行的点心债低10个基点。
根据彭博社汇编的数据，这笔交易是百度有史以来的第一份人民币债券。根据个人的说法，收益将用于一般公司用途，包括偿还某些现有债务。债务融资是在该公司面临6亿美元面额票据的4月到期以及人工智能业务的竞争加剧之时，人工智能业务是其增长最快的部分之一。
当天早些时候，百度代表没有回复一封寻求评论的电子邮件。
由于生成式人工智能的繁荣，百度的云收入在12月季度增长了26%。但随着互联网搜索和人工智能业务的竞争加剧，这还不足以阻止连续第三个季度收入下降。
