智通财经APP获悉，中资券商股午前拉升，截至发稿，中国银河(06881)涨6.08%，报8.38港元；中金公司(03908)涨4.2%，报15.38港元；招商证券(06099)涨3.31%，报14.96港元；中信证券(06030)涨2.48%，报22.75港元。
消息面上，今年2月，财政部拟将三大AMC机构持有的部分股权无偿划转至中央汇金。汇金旗下券商达到8家，“汇金系”券商并购重组的市场预期开始发酵。值得注意的是，近期有市场传闻称，中金和银河证券合并事项将于未来几周内宣布，中金银河双双否认合并传闻。
花旗此前发布研报称，对合并计划将在未来数周内公布感到怀疑，主要由于中金公司近期出现管理层变动；财政部向汇金的券商股权转让仍在进行中，这可能为中金公司的券商整合计划带来复杂性或延迟。但花旗表示，上述合并计划长期而言是可行的。假设换股比率为2.5 :1，预计中金公司A及H股将分别有约10%及30%的上升空间。另外，该行看好中国银河，因潜在合并协同效应可能提升其股东权益回报率，并预计中国银河在2024财年第四季将实现较中金公司更强的盈利表现。
