消息面上，2月28日，同程旅行宣布同程程心大模型将全面接入DeepSeek，成为首家接入DeepSeek大模型的OTA平台。同程程心是同程旅行自主研发的旅游行业专属模型，未来将与DeepSeek深度协同，为用户提供专业、智能的旅行解决方案。目前该功能已进入内测阶段，预计3月上旬正式面向用户开放。
据悉，同程程心AI可为用户提供行程规划、游玩攻略、酒店、景点门票、交通出行等旅行相关的咨询推荐及预订能力，帮助用户实现从信息咨询、资源检索、决策分析到产品预订的一站式体验。接入DeepSeek后，同程程心AI将基于DeepSeek强大的推理能力，为用户提供更加精细、智能的决策服务。同程旅行平台聚合的文旅消费全品类资源和海量用户数据，将成为旅行场景有效应用的重要支撑。
同程旅行CMO白志伟介绍，在实际应用中，旅游垂类大模型面临需求模糊化、服务长尾化等难题。同程程心依托平台数亿用户行为数据及全品类文旅资源完成垂类训练，可以为用户的个性化意图与平台文旅资源创建快捷通道，DeepSeek则凭借强大的推理能力实现高精度答案生成，二者的结合有望突破传统旅行消费推荐精准度的天花板。
