人民财讯3月5日电，2025年全国两会，全国政协委员、京东集团技术委员会主席曹鹏关注算力基础设施建设，他建议，第一，建设全国一体化的异构算力基础设施，通过统一调度多元算力资源，打破地域与架构壁垒，从而降低智算成本，让企业都“用得起”；第二，抓住这轮大模型发展的契机，鼓励企业在实际业务中探索智能体、应用智能体，推动智能体技术与各行业深度融合，以加速产业转型和智能化进程；第三，促进存算协同发展，降低企业计算成本；第四，推动链主企业向中小企业开放智算配额，实现产业智算普惠，通过政策引导和市场化的机制，向中小企业提供低成本，高质量的质算服务。
