智通财经APP获悉，敏实集团(00425)涨超5%，截至发稿，涨5.61%，报21.1港元，成交额1.38亿港元。
消息面上，招商证券表示，据公司管理层，公司已经开始全面布局新型业务赛道，在人形机器人方面，公司切入人形机器人产业链，在结构件、关节、智能皮肤、面罩等业务获得突破，肢体结构件已有60-70套送样，关节处于打样阶段，智能表面机电电子皮肤处于做方案阶段。低空VTOL(垂直起降)飞行器产品方面，产品有机身、舱门系统，已有多个客户，价值量大。另外，董事长秦荣华董事长投资马斯克成立的人工智能公司xAI约1000万美元。公司也成立敏实研究院，以此聚焦新赛道发展。
国证国际指出，机器人、低空飞行、汽车无线充电等新兴业务均为市场热点：新产品处于样品测试或方案制定阶段，有望在25年或26年量产交付，贡献收入。有望恢复派息：公司历史上绝大部分时间保持40%的派息率。2023年公司由于资本开支和有息负债率较高未进行分红，2024公司从扩张期步入收获期，削减资本开支，现金流情况改善，回购股票，有望恢复派息。
