三星电子周三与其最大的工会正式达成了2025年工资协议，其中包括加薪5.1%。

　　全国三星电子工会（NSEU）从上周五开始进行了为期6天的投票，通过了上月劳资双方达成的临时协议案。该公会表示，在22132名参加投票的工人中，87.7%的人对工资协议投了赞成票。

　　根据协议，员工今年将获得平均5.1%的加薪，以及内部在线商城的一些奖励积分和每位员工30股股票。

　　为了改善绩效工资制度，三星电子决定设立劳资联合特别工作组，并推出子女超过3个的退休职员的再雇佣制度。
