1-2月，该集团取得累计合同销售(连合营企业及联营公司的合同销售)金额约人民币34.2亿元及合同销售面积约32.36万平方米，合同销售均价约人民币10,800元╱平方米，及公司股东权益应占合同销售金额约人民币18.5亿元。
