新浪科技讯 3月5日下午消息，2025年京东JD YOUNG实习生计划（简称JDY）宣布启动，计划今年开放10000+可留用的实习offer，其中，2025年3月到5月将集中开放5000余个实习生岗位，同时，JDY 项目还将重磅推出王牌的“校招直通卡”，针对26届的同学，早实习早留用，最早5月即可超前获得26届的正式校招录用函；针对27届及以后的同学，实习期表现优异，可获得TET管培生计划和JD STAR新星计划的终面直通卡。

　　据悉，今年的JDY项目将持续加大技术领域的投入，在大模型、搜广推、运筹优化、大数据、具身智能等前沿领域开放海量岗位，JDY产研实习生月收入过万，丰富的数据与计算资源助力每位同学在业务场景中创新突破。（文猛）
