Fitch Ratings has given an A- long-term rating and BBB+(xgs) ex-government support long-term rating to Singapore-based Nomura International Funding's US dollar senior unsecured notes, according to a Tuesday release.

The notes' rating is similar to the long-term issuer default ratings of guarantor Nomura Holdings (TYO:8604), with actions in the latter to trigger similar movements on the notes.

Nomura International Funding is Nomura Holdings' wholly owned subsidiary and supports Japan-based Nomura Group's global wholesale business.
