据路透社报道，美国商务部长霍华德·卢特尼克近日语出惊人，称正在研究将政府财政支出从国内生产总值（GDP）核算中剥离。

报道称，“你知道，政府历来都会干预GDP。”卢特尼克在接受福克斯新闻频道采访时表示。

“他们将政府支出算作GDP的一部分。所以我要将两者分开，并使其透明化。”卢特尼克说。

报道称，近几个月来，企业和消费者信心持续恶化，抹去了特朗普胜选后取得的涨幅。消费者支出数据和商品贸易逆差增加了第一季度经济萎缩的风险，引发了对经济衰退的担忧。

有声音认为，卢特尼克的表态是在呼应马斯克。马斯克近日曾在社交媒体上发文称：“计入政府支出的GDP是虚假繁荣，真正的经济活力应该剔除那些不能改善民生的无效投资。”

美国主要采用支出法核算其GDP。美国商务部官网的信息显示，美国GDP核算包括个人消费、投资、政府购买以及净出口额。

报道称，经济学家警告不要改变当前的国民账户结构，因为这将使GDP变得非常不稳定，并且很难清楚了解经济的健康状况，从而产生更多的不确定性。
