3月6日，隔夜黄金市场呈现剧烈波动，走出“V”型反转行情。早盘金价自2918开盘后快速下探至2901低位，随后受买盘推动反弹至2922，美盘时段再度承压回落至2894关键支撑位。最终在技术面支撑与美联储放缓加息预期等利好因素共同作用下，金价强势收复失地，最高触及2930美元关口，日线以长下影线启明星形态报收2918美元。

　　技术面上，日K线形成明显的底部反转信号，2895附近的V型底确认了短期支撑有效性。当前金价面临多重关键阻力位：首先是2930颈线位置，若有效突破将测试2936及2945前高区域；其次为斐波那契回调线0.618位置2950美元构成中期压制。值得注意的是，白银价格同步走强形成的金银比收窄，暗示贵金属板块整体偏多氛围未改。

　　下方支撑关注2900一线，上方阻力依次为2930-2940一线。若金价站稳2930高点，可考虑回调至2910附近做多，目标看向2940美元；若未能突破该关口，则需防范回踩至2900美元风险。中长期仍需观察美联储政策动向及地缘政治风险对金价的指引作用。
