IHH Healthcare (SGX:Q0F, KLSE:IHH) issued 139,000 new shares following the exercise of options under its 2022 and 2023 Enterprise Option Scheme grants, according to a Wednesday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The company issued 20,000 shares at 6.02 ringgit each, 41,000 shares at 5.79 ringgit each and 78,000 shares at 5.92 ringgit each.
The shares will be listed on March 6, the filing said.
