智通财经APP获悉，芯片股午后再度走高，截至发稿，华虹半导体(01347)涨6.51%，报36港元；中芯国际(00981)涨5.53%，报54.4港元；中电华大科技(00085)涨3.73%，报1.39港元；ASMPT(00522)涨2.62%，报59港元。
消息面上，近日，中国工程院院士倪光南在2025玄铁RISC-V生态大会上表示，RISC-V作为开源、开放的硬件架构，正成为全球芯片产业变革的新引擎。而据券商中国报道，市场有传闻称，中国计划首次发布指导意见，鼓励在全国范围内使用开源RISC-V芯片。此外，特朗普表示，美国应该废除拜登政府的芯片法案。不会向芯片制造商提供任何来自该芯片法案的资金。
国都证券指出，AI加速发展，海外厂商通过前期的算力积累和AI大模型的持续迭代，目前已经逐渐进入AI的商业落地，国内的AI厂商以及互联网巨头也进入大规模部署AI业务阶段。2025年春节，DeepSeek-R1发布，国产大模型迈上新台阶，国产半导体产业链有望得益于DeepSeek的算法优势打开新的发展空间，重点受益板块包括代工、GPU、ASIC芯片等各个环节。
