贤能集团(01730.HK) 公布，进入2025财年计划扩张各业务分部。
据公告披露，贤能集团旗下共享服务式公寓品牌Coliwoo延续发展势头，于去年12月31日有2,586间在管房间；空间优化分部旗下物业占用率保持高位，超过95%；于2025财年第一季，新签立29份及续订75份设施管理合约；于新加坡管理总计100个停车场，有逾2.7万个停车位。
另外，贤能集团亦为位于55 Tuas South Avenue 1的食品工厂发出六份购买选择权，以及于今年2月成立一间合资企业，以收购位于Geylang的一处物业及将其重建为一幢有分层地契的商业大厦。(js/w)
