基金于2021年10月购入该物业并进行翻新，目前地铺有3个租客，每月总租金近8万元，住宅部分则提供50间房间，现时由营运商IRENT营运作学生公寓，资料显示租金连管理费介乎6,610至9,240元，大部分房间已租出。(gc/k)
