金吾财讯 | 中信证券表示，根据商务部官网，依据《不可靠实体清单规定》有关规定，不可靠实体清单工作机制决定于2025年2月4日将美国因美纳公司（Illumina, Inc.）列入不可靠实体清单。2025年3月4日，明确决定对因美纳公司（Illumina, Inc.）采取“禁止其向中国出口基因测序仪”措施。该行认为中国生命科学产业发展迎来了重大转折时刻，国产公司全力对于已经和Illumina建立长期合作关系的终端而言，可能潜在面临试剂短缺、设备维修保养困难等问题，在转向新的检测平台之前，原有的检测业务可能直接面临停摆风险。该行指，根据公司公告，该行测算2024年国产测序龙头华大智造物料采购约10亿元，海外采购约占到10%，美国采购约5000万元，占比6%，境外采购金额较大的原材料主要包括光学器件和流体器件，华大智造通过长光生产基地负责高通量测序仪光学系统及显微镜等光学核心设备研发和生产，已经实现自研自产，中国供应链完全可以自主可控。该行提到，非美国地区的测序需求刚性，基因数据涉及国家安全，出于供应链连续性和安全考虑，不会依赖单一供应商，该行认为短期非美国地区还是会选择Illumina，但是国产厂商凭借高性价、本地化的服务和技术快速迭代，国产测序仪厂商也是有巨大机会。
