智通财经APP获悉，益美国际控股(01870)复牌高开近18%，该股昨日午后突然放量暴跌，股价最低触及0.115港元，较前一日收盘价下跌92%。截至发稿，涨17.95%，报0.184港元，成交额371.13万港元。
消息面上，针对3月5日公司股价异常波动情况，益美国际控股昨日晚间公布公告称，经就公司作出于有关情况下属合理的询问后，除下文所述截至2024年12月31日止年度的估计年度业绩外，董事会并不知悉导致股份价格及成交量异常波动的任何原因。该公司预计2024年度纯利不超过500万港元，较2023年度的1860万港元减少约73%。主要由于集团永久吊船业务分部的分部溢利大幅减少，由2023财年约3800万港元大幅减少至2024财年的不超过1900万港元。
