文件显示，该公司已签署了一份为期五年的租约，自 2025 年 2 月 16 日起生效，第一年将为 4,003 平方英尺（372 平方米）的空间支付约 446,000 美元的租金，这个空间几乎相当于一个篮球场的面积。

根据分析公司 CRE Matrix 提供的注册租赁文件，租金将每年上涨 5%，第五年将达到约 542,000 美元。

据报道，该展厅将位于该市机场附近的班德拉库拉综合体商业和零售中心的 Maker Maxity 大楼内。

上个月报道称，特斯拉已在印度新德里和孟买选定了两个展厅的地点，几天前，特斯拉首席执行官埃隆·马斯克在美国会见了印度总理纳伦德拉·莫迪。
