Blue Star Helium (ASX:BNL)

Blue Star Helium reported a "significant" increase in helium concentrations at its Galactica project in Colorado. New samples from the State 16 development well showed a helium concentration of 2.17%, up from the previously reported average of 1.65%.

S2 Resources (ASX:S2R)

S2 Resources identified anomalies in its Fosterville and Yeungroon projects in Victoria through geophysics and geochemical programs and completed first-pass air-core drilling of the O'Connors trend within the Yeungroon project.

Spacetalk (ASX:SPA)

Spacetalk signed a worldwide license for Watch Walk, an artificial intelligence-developed gait biomarker algorithm. The company plans to use Watch Walk AI insights in its software-as-a-service and subscription app products to predict a user's risk of health conditions through wearable devices.

AUCyber (ASX:CYB)

AUCyber said Theo Tragoudistakis has resigned as chief financial officer, effective May 30.

Bulletin Resources (ASX:BNR)

Bulletin Resources signed a sale and purchase agreement to acquire 100% ownership of the gold prospect exploration tenements near its Lake Rebecca project in Western Australia. The tenements are currently held in a joint venture agreement between St Barbara (ASX:SBM) and Plowden Resources.
