　　狮腾控股（02562）发布公告，与一家拥有300多名人工智能及技术工程师的中国领先的AI及企业软件公司盟拓数字科技达成独家合资协议，共同开发并推出Geene ，一个融合生成式AI、区块链及大数据的开创性AI平台，构建安全、高效、可信赖的AI生态系统。

　　据悉，Geene代表着AI技术变革，其核心在于专有多模态大型语言模型（Geene-M2），并内建自学习神经路由引擎（Neural Routing Engine）。该引擎专为企业设计，可开发、训练及部署针对金融、医疗、零售、电子商务及供应链管理等行业的先进AI模型及智能代理。

　　该创新引擎整合全球领先的AI模型，包括DeepSeek、ChatGPT（OpenAI）及Qwen（阿里巴巴），并透过智能动态路由技术，根据查询需求自动匹配最适合的AI模型，确保运算效能与精准度。
