Sunpower Group (SGX:5GD) has redeemed $13.5 million in outstanding bonds, representing the third tranche of partial redemption, reducing the remaining principal to about $60.5 million, according to a Wednesday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The company has repaid a total of US$81.3 million across three tranches and plans to complete the full redemption before its rights issue.
