新浪科技讯 3月6日上午消息，昨日，针对腾讯元宝 App 旧版本用户协议内含 “ 霸王条款 ” 引发热议一事，腾讯公关总监张军在微博发文致歉。

　　张军表示：“非常抱歉，给大家造成了困扰，我们立刻改正。新增的数据开关默认关闭，输入输出内容都不会用于模型优化。同时，输出输入内容，元宝也不会改变它的权利归属。”

　　腾讯元宝也在微博回应称：“大家的意见已经收到，元宝最新版本已增加数据管理功能，新增了体验优化开关，且默认是关闭的，更新到最新版本后，在设置-数据管理中即可看到这个开关。默认状态下，用户输入输出的内容不会用于模型优化。”

　　腾讯元宝还表示，“针对大家关注的知识产权归属问题，您使用元宝时输入和输出的内容，权利归您或相应权利人所有，使用元宝并不会改变归属，感谢大家的批评与监督。”
