消息面上，据21世纪经济报道，3月5日，《政府工作报告》起草组成员、国务院研究室副主任陈昌盛表示，去年《政府工作报告》首次提出要推行人工智能+行动，春节前后中国的人工智能跑出了加速度。比如DeepSeek的全球出圈，宇树机器人在春晚跳秧歌。陈昌盛说，大家都在问为什么“杭州六小龙”会一下子爆发出来，其实还有很多，包括大家不太熟悉的可灵（视频大模型），在国际上的评价已经超过了Sora。很多人工智能的应用在加速落地，大家都感到很振奋。
此外，今年1月，快手可灵AI全球月访问用户总数环比增长113%。瑞银近期指出，在线娱乐与教育是AI落地的核心场景，快手作为应用层的标杆标的，其自研的可灵AI在全球视频生成模型领域处于领先地位。小摩则表示，快手下一个催化剂应为2024财年第四季财报，并预期管理层将提供人工智能对快手核心应用程序及可灵大模型影响的更新。
