Box Fiscal Q4 Non-GAAP Earnings Flat, Revenue Increases; Issues Q1 Outlook -- Shares Fall After Hours

Box (BOX) reported fiscal Q4 non-GAAP earnings late Tuesday of $0.42 per diluted share, unchanged from a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.41

Revenue for the quarter ended Jan. 31 was $279.5 million, up from $262.9 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $279.3 million.

The company said it expects fiscal Q1 non-GAAP diluted EPS between $0.25 and $0.26 and revenue between $274 million and $275 million. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $0.43 and $279.6 million, respectively.

The company said it expects fiscal 2026 non-GAAP diluted EPS between $1.13 and $1.17 and revenue between $1.155 billion and $1.16 billion. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $1.83 and $1.16 billion, respectively.

The company's shares were falling nearly 8% in recent after-hours activity.
