高盛即将进行年度裁员，继之前裁员通常在下半年进行后，此次裁员计划提前至年初进行。

　　一位知情人士表示，这家总部位于纽约的银行将考虑裁员3%至5%，与之前的裁员幅度大致相同。知情人士称，高盛将重点裁减副总裁层级，因为与总体招聘规模相比，公司近年招聘了太多的副总裁。

　　efinancialcareers网站周一报道了裁员的规模和时间。高盛的一名代表表示，裁员是“我们正常的年度人才管理流程的一部分”，并拒绝进一步置评。

　　知情人士表示，最新一轮裁员将在今年春季进行，而不是通常的下半年。高盛最新的年度文件显示，截至2024年底，高盛的员工总数为4.65万人。截至2023年底，该行共有员工4.53万人，少于前一年的4.85万人。

　　计划中的裁员符合该行寻求控制成本并为招募新人才腾出空间的典型做法。
