消息面上，德琪医药昨日宣布，印度尼西亚食品药品监督管理局（BPOM）已批准希维奥®的新药上市申请（NDA）。据悉，希维奥®是全球首个全新机制的口服选择性XPO1抑制剂，已在亚太市场的10个国家和地区获批用于治疗多项适应症，并在其中5个市场（中国大陆、台湾市场、澳大利亚、新加坡和韩国）实现医保收录。此外，基于其独特的作用机制，公司正在开发希维奥®在骨髓纤维化（MF）和子宫内膜癌等不同疾病领域的多种联合疗法。
值得一提的是，今年2月，德琪医药宣布计划加大投入，整合资源成立专门的AI部门。这一举措包括本地部署DeepSeek以加速具有空间位阻遮蔽效应的T细胞衔接器（TCE）平台后续管线研发。据悉，公司早在2021年便以天使投资人身份投资杭州德睿智药AI药物发现平台，并借此战略性的切入了AI药物发现赛道。同时公司也已通过AI资料模型结合多组学分析，成功发现全新肝癌相关抗原（TAA）并将其开发为TCE候选药物进入临床前验证阶段。
