观点网讯：3月5日，中国银河证券股份有限公司宣布，2025年度第四期短期融资券发行工作已圆满完成。

此次发行规模达到20亿元人民币，每单位面值及发行价为100元，期限为92天，最终确定的票面利率为2.08%。募集资金将主要用于补充公司的流动资金。

中国银河此次短期融资券的发行，是在股东大会通过授权董事会发行债务融资工具的决议后进行的。根据该决议，发行规模合计不超过公司最近一期经审计净资产的350%。
