于2025年3月5日(交易时段后)，August Ally透过发行人发售二期EG债券的联席牵头经办人进行认购，该等指令已确认且August Ally于2025年3月5日(交易时段后)获分配认购总额500万美元(相当于约港币3900万元)的二期EG债券，总代价为500万美元(相当于约港币3900万元)(扣除交易成本)。
