Fisher & Paykel Healthcare (NZE:FPH, ASX:FPH) awarded a construction contract to Dominion Constructors for the fifth building on its East Tamaki campus in Auckland, according to a Thursday filing with the New Zealand and Australian bourses.
The 28,000-square-meter building is estimated to cost NZ$250 million and will house facilities for research and development, manufacturing, and distribution. Construction will start within the month, with the facilities expected to be operational in 2027, per the filing.
