吉利李书福：汽车工业想要长期发展，不能简单抄袭剽窃
IT之家 3月5日消息，据中新网报道，全国政协委员、吉利控股集团董事长李书福近日接受采访时表示，汽车工业涉及的技术门类多、知识产权广，汽车工业想要长期可持续发展，首先依靠创新，不能简单抄袭剽窃他人的知识产权。
中国最高人民法院等此前揭晓“新时代推动法治进程2024年度十大案件”，其中包括“新能源汽车底盘”技术秘密侵权案。在该案件中，吉利诉威马技术侵权，吉利终审获赔 6.4亿元，创我国知识产权侵权诉讼判赔数额历史新高。
李书福对此表示：“一个案件胜过一打文件，一个好的判决可以影响一大片。”
李书福此前在2025新年致辞中称：“我坚信，在大家的共同努力下，我们的用户消费体验一定会一天更比一天好，我们不简单地打价格战，而是要长期坚持打技术战、品质战、品牌战、服务战，以及企业的道德战，这是我们的基本经营理念。”李书福还提到“我们必须旗帜鲜明地反对内卷式恶性竞争”。
IT之家注意到，全国人大代表雷军在接受总台记者采访时也谈到了行业同质化竞争加剧带来的内卷现象。他呼吁产业发展要强调科技创新、强调个性化和高端化发展，以差异化创新破局内卷；同时，也要反对不公平竞争、诋毁同行等行为，维持良好的市场秩序。
