京东称今年将招1万名实习生 产研岗位月入过万
红星资本局3月5日消息，今日，京东宣布，启动2025年实习生计划，今年开放超1万个可留用的实习岗位，称其中的产研实习生月收入过万元。
京东黑板报微信号称，实习生计划在今年3月到5月，将集中开放5千余个实习生岗位。京东强调，产研实习生月收入过万，在大模型、搜广推、运筹优化、大数据、具身智能等领域开放岗位。
具体岗位方面，京东称，将覆盖技术类（如算法、软件开发）、采销、物流供应链、产品经理、市场营销、生态运营等岗位，位于在北京、上海、深圳、广州、成都、西安等全国20多个城市。
京东称，对实习生的培养提供系统化方案。目前入职北京的实习生，入职会进行3天的脱产培训，其他城市在陆续开放中。同时，一对一导师制，涉及京东的零售、物流、科技、健康等业务板块。
