智通财经APP讯，亲亲食品(01583)发布公告，预期集团于截至2024年12月31日止年度将取得公司股东应占年度利润人民币1900万元至2300万元，而2023年度则为取得公司股东应占年度亏损约人民币200万元。
报告期间的公司股东应占年度利润有所上升的主要综合净因素如下：(i)集团的收入于报告期间有所增长，及生产基地的生产管理效率有所提升，以致报告期间毛利较2023年上升约人民币2300万元;(ii)集团于2023年确认视同出售联营企业亏损约人民币900万元。于报告期间未有取得此类亏损;(iii)于2023年，集团全部赎回集团持有的非上市投资基金单位，由于其公允价值变动取得净亏损约人民币800万元。于报告期间未有取得此类亏损;(iv)于报告期间内，集团出售物业、机器及设备损失约人民币600万元(2023年：出售利得约人民币100万元)。主要是位于宁夏回族自治区宁夏市生产基地设立以来持续亏损，集团决定关闭该生产基地，导致生产设施的物业、厂房及设备于报告期间取得一次性处置损失约人民币600万元;(v)集团于报告期间从中国内地若干地方政府当局收到的财政补贴金额从2023年约人民币900万元减少至报告期间约人民币200万元，相比2023年减少约人民币700万元。
