据京东黑板报官方公众号5日消息，京东集团宣布，2025年京东JD YOUNG实习生计划（简称JDY）正式启动，将于今年开放10000+可留用的实习offer，2025年3月到5月将集中开放5000余个实习生岗位。

京东方面表示，JDY实习生计划将覆盖技术类（如算法、软件开发）、采销、物流供应链、产品经理、市场营销、生态运营等核心岗位。在北京、上海、深圳、广州、成都、西安等全国20+城市均有岗位可选。据介绍，今年的JDY项目正在大模型、搜广推、运筹优化、大数据、具身智能等领域开放岗位，JDY产研实习生月收入过万元。
