3月4日消息，据知情人士消息，知名零售品牌名创优品正在考虑将其旗下的玩具品牌TOP TOY进行拆分，并在香港证券交易所独立上市。此次上市计划预计将筹集约3亿美元资金，用于进一步拓展TOP TOY的业务版图和提升市场竞争力。

名创优品作为全球知名的零售品牌，以“优质、创意、低价”的经营理念深受消费者喜爱。其旗下的TOP TOY品牌专注于潮流玩具领域，近年来在市场上取得了显著的业绩增长。

目前，名创优品尚未对这一消息作出官方回应。
