智通财经APP讯，中国银行(03988)发布公告，根据境外优先股条款与条件(条件)的 7.2项(选择性赎回)以及国家金融监督管理总局对本行赎回境外优先股无异议的覆函，本行已于2025年3月4日( 赎回日)以该境外优先股的美元票面金额加上自前一付息日起至赎回日(不含该日)为止的期间内已宣派但未支付的股息总额，赎回全部而非仅部分境外优先股。
本行于赎回日赎回及注销境外优先股后，已没有存续的境外优先股。据此，本行已向香港联合交易所有限公司申请将相关境外优先股除牌。境外优先股除牌于 2025年3月5日下午4点(北京╱香港时间)后生效。
